Leverage technology (ERP modules, Transportation Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems) to gain real-time visibility and improve decision-making. 8. Manage returns and reverse logistics, incorporating sustainability initiatives such as recycling, repurposing, and waste reduction. Throughout the course you’ll engage in case studies, simulation exercises and team projects, culminating in a capstone consultancy assignment and a three-month industrial attachment with one of VTCTI’s partner organizations.
