Course Overview

The Artisan in Catering and Accommodation Operations is a practical, skill-based program designed to equip learners with foundational competencies in food preparation, hospitality, and accommodation services. This course is ideal for students who have completed their primary education and are passionate about joining the hospitality industry, especially in entry-level positions within restaurants, hotels, lodges, resorts, institutions, and catering businesses.
